Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped from Ottawa, Canada. We attempt to pick and pack orders in a timely fashion, please be on the lookout for tracking information within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note, while orders are packed on weekends shipping movement will occur only on weekdays. 

Orders within Canada above $200 qualify for free shipping. 

All orders above $300 are shipped with signature upon delivery. 

Canada – 

We offer flat rate shipping depending on province & territory 

Ontario, Quebec - $10.00

British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta - $15.00

North West Territories, Yukon, Nunavut - $20.00

New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland - $20.00

 

All orders are subject to their respective provincial tax rate. 

Orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator and sometimes Canada Post depending on the rurality of the shipping address. 

Estimated Delivery varies from 1-9 business days. 

United States –

Orders are shipped Via DHL Express. 

Flat rate of $30 USD for orders up to $500.00, Flat rate of $40 for orders over $500.00.

With the elimination of the De Minimis Shipping Exception all orders shipped to the United States are subject to duties and taxes. Stomping Ground offers duties paid shipping option at checkout meaning all duties will be paid and included in the checkout price. 

International –

Route Protection –

Stomping Ground offers Route Package Protection on all orders. Route Protection is verified shipping protection insuring against missing, stolen or damaged packages. If Route Protection is not selected Stomping Ground is not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages.
